Respite & Home Health Resources

 Next Step Ministries  - fills the gap in services for special-needs young adults who have completed high school and are not able to participate in a job coaching situation, or other day programs. They also offer Saturday respite care, school break care, and summer camps.  Located in Woodstock.

Matthew’s Time - respite weekends throughout the school year in Mt. Airy, Palmetto, and Baxley, GA.

Spectrum and First Baptist Duluth partner to offer a respite Saturday once a month.

Corrigan Care provides affordable, developmentally appropriate care to children with special needs and support for their families. 

Your Respite  is all about freedom and peace of mind for you and your family.

Hope House  - Help is available through Hope House Children’s Respite Center (for medically fragile children) and WeCare Respite (for non-medically fragile children). Through Children’s Respite, parents of these special needs children can take some valuable time to rest and then resume caring for their children with renewed strength.

Loving Care Family Service  - Our caregivers are specially trained to care for children, adults with disabilities and to handle emergencies. 

Faith Medical Services  - is a full-service home health agency that is dedicated to meeting all its patients and physician’s needs. 
We believe that patients can reach optimal health levels in the comfort of their own homes with assistance from professional caregivers working in conjunction with reputable physicians. 

Megan's House  - is a children's respite program through Easter Seals serving children with developmental disabilities and or medical needs ages birth - 17.  Each home can accommodate two children at a time up to two weeks. Fees based on sliding scale and availability of scholarships. 770-256-0413
